I love the way serendipity plays in our lives. Integrated Healing popped into my inbox and refused to be ignored. There were two things which drew my attention. The first was this quote.
“If it is complicated, it’s from ego. Spirit is simple.” – Diana Cooper
Simplicity is key. Why should only complicated processes be effective? There is so much more room for error and it quickly leads to overwhelm and the temptation for shortcuts.
The second thing which drew me was the fact that it combines Kinesiology and Life Coaching. Having studied both, I was curious to see how they could work together.
“With everything that has happened to you, you can either feel sorry for yourself, or treat what has happened as a gift. Everything is either an opportunity to grow, or an obstacle to keep you from growing” – Wayne Dyer
Integrated Healing is a revolutionary healing system that combines the best of modern Psychology, Life Coaching, NLP, CBT, Physiology, Applied Kinesiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, complementary medicine and many other modalities, with its own unique methodologies, to give you a profound, yet simple, approach to healing. It focuses on the issues that many healing modalities struggle with such as Self-Sabotage Programmes, Survival Programs, Inner Child Healing, Soul Integration, Deep Level Neurological Switching, Clearing the impact of Negative Amygdala Memories, Emotional Bruising, Energetic Cords and many others.
Why is it called Integrated Healing? It works with your whole being, not just a piece of you. It integrates many different modalities and it enables me to use all of my previous training in one simple, elegant process. I love that you get to choose to heal, to take responsibility for your own healing process and to be an active part of the process. Healing is within us all and while I facilitate the process, only you have the power to heal yourself. I would be honoured to witness your journey.
“Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you – all of the expectations, all of the beliefs – and becoming who you are.” – Rachel Naomi Remen
