integrated healing

I love the way serendipity plays in our lives. Integrated Healing popped into my inbox and refused to be ignored. There were two things which drew my attention. The first was this quote.

Simplicity is key. Why should only complicated processes be effective? There is so much more room for error and it quickly leads to overwhelm and the temptation for shortcuts.

The second thing which drew me was the fact that it combines Kinesiology and Life Coaching. Having studied both, I was curious to see how they could work together.

Why is it called Integrated Healing? It works with your whole being, not just a piece of you. It integrates many different modalities and it enables me to use all of my previous training in one simple, elegant process. I love that you get to choose to heal, to take responsibility for your own healing process and to be an active part of the process.
